Nicholas A. Subich, CPFA
Partner and Wealth Manager

Nick provides guidance in both individual and corporate retirement strategies, investments, and financial services. Nick holds the Series 6 and 63 through LPL Financial, SIE securities license, as well as the Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health Insurance License. Nick is from the Johnstown area and he graduated from Lock Haven University, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics.

Nick serves as a First Lieutenant in the Pennsylvania National Guard. He serves as an Infantry Recon Platoon Leader in HHC, 1st of the 109th Infantry Regiment. He currently resides in Murrysville with his wife Regina, son Anthony, and his dogs Conan and Caroline. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing with family and friends.

Justin V. Tantlinger, CPFA
Partner and Wealth Manager

Justin provides guidance in the areas of investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning. Justin holds the Series 7 and 66 through LPL Financial, SIE securities license, as well as the Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health Insurance License. Justin is from the Ligonier area and he graduated magna cum laude from Saint Vincent College, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He currently resides in Monroeville with his wife Chelsea.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching the Penguins and Steelers, golfing, ice hockey, running, and spending time with his family and friends. He is also very involved with his church family where he and his wife volunteer.

Nicholas S. Frazetta
Wealth Manager

Nick provides guidance in the areas of investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and financial services. He holds the Series 6, 63 and 65 through LPL Financial, SIE securities license, as well as the Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License. Nick is a 2021 graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. 

Nick currently resides in the Strip District with his girlfriend Grace and enjoys spending time with his family especially his brothers Anthony and Matthew. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and exercising. 

Steven R. Mathis 

Wealth Manager

Steve provides guidance in the areas of investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and financial services. He holds the Series 6 and 63 through LPL Financial, SIE securities license, as well as the Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License. Steve is a 2011 graduate of Slippery Rock University, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.

Steve currently resides in White Oak with his wife, Brittany, and three children, Scarlett, Caroline, and Cohen and his two dogs, Marlo and Addie. In his spare time, he enjoys playing softball, basketball, golf and watching sports.

Brina C. Davis, FPQP
Administrative Manager

Brina coordinates and oversees all administrative systems and develops new procedures to continuously improve our organization. She holds her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional certification through LPL Financial and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music and Psychology from Saint Vincent College. With over 10 years of customer service experience, Brina identifies and implements new and exciting ways to enhance your working relationship here with us at YTS Wealth Management.

Brina currently resides in Greensburg with her son, Elliot. In her spare time, she teaches piano and music theory and volunteers as a member of the Bovard Firehall Ladies Auxiliary. 

Michael J. Yeckley
Administrative Associate and Facilities Manager

Michael is an Administrative Associate who provides the team with administrative support, Account Access technology, and is a notary public. Michael doubles as the Facilities Manager to oversee building and property maintenance. He is a 2011 graduate of Greater Latrobe Senior High School, as well as a 2015 graduate from Saint Vincent College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.

Mike resides in Harrison City and is a dedicated treasurer for Fireside Hunting Camp. He also serves as vice president of REV316; a Catholic young adult community that is based in Irwin, PA. Mike is an avid hunter, camper, ultimate frisbee player, and wood worker.

Taylor M. Daube
Executive Assistant

Taylor is the Executive Assistant to Nick Subich and Justin Tantlinger. She provides administrative support, scheduling oversight, project management, and event planning. She is a 2017 graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Philosophy.

Taylor resides in New Alexandria with her boyfriend, Justin, their three cats, Punkin, Silas, and Bob, and one dog, Arnold. In her free time, she tends to her coop of chickens and ducks, bakes, paints, and shops.

Emily M. Oehling 
Client Service Associate 

Emily serves as a Client Service Associate providing excellent customer service and administrative office support. Emily is a 2016 graduate of Plum Borough Senior High School and majored in Accounting at Seton Hill University.

Emily resides in Murrysville with her sister, Sarah, and their three dogs, Wrangler, Autumn, and Marlow. She is an active volunteer with the Oakmont American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and enjoys hiking with her dogs, golfing, fishing, and riding ATVs in her free time.

Lexa R. Walker 
Client Service Associate

Lexa is a dedicated Client Service Associate. She is a 2011 graduate from CCAC, earning an associate degree in General Studies and Science.

Lexa currently resides in Murrysville, PA with her two children Aviannah & Chase. She is a competitive cheer coach and owner of a small business called Arch You Happy located in Westmoreland County. In her free time Lexa enjoys shopping with her daughter, watching football with her son, and traveling. 

Theodore “Teddy”
Director of Happiness

Teddy has recently earned the title of Director of Happiness. He supports the whole office with love, playfulness, and joy. He is a 2022 graduate of the University of Smiles with a major in Friendliness.

Teddy currently resides in Irwin. In his spare time he enjoys walks, games of fetch, and cuddling on the couch.
