Gabby Viragova

As Chief of Staff at YTS Wealth Management, Gabby plays an integral role in assisting CEO Nick Subich and supporting the firm’s daily operations. With a thoughtful and collaborative approach, she helps strengthen communication, streamline processes, and bring strategic initiatives to life. Known for her positivity, professionalism, and genuine care for others, Gabby fosters a culture of teamwork and purpose throughout the organization.

Before joining YTS, Gabby served as Chief of Staff at a private aviation firm, where she refined her skills in executive support, organization, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Gabby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. Beyond her professional life, she is an active member of Lymphoma Ladies, dedicating her time to community support and advocacy.

Residing in Export, PA, Gabby enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her family, fiancé, Bradley, and their two dogs, Plato and Blitz. Grounded in kindness and driven by purpose, she strives to make a meaningful impact in everything she does—both professionally and personally.
