Nicholas S. Frazetta

Nick brings a wealth of expertise to his role, overseeing and optimizing operations within the organization. With a strategic mindset, he ensures that current operations are efficient while also planning for future growth and development. Upon joining YTS, Nick's passion for enhancing client experiences was evident, particularly in his focus on crafting tailored retirement solutions for individuals and corporations. His dedication and expertise earned him a partnership in 2023, and he has since advanced to the role of Vice President of Operations.

Originally from Plum, Pennsylvania, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State University. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is deeply engaged in philanthropy, having recently established a scholarship program for the Plum Baseball organization. Nick currently resides in Arlington, Virginia, with his girlfriend Grace, and enjoys quality time with family, golf outings, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
