President and CEO

Nick Subich is the President and Chief Executive Officer of YTS Wealth Management, which he co-founded in 2019 with a vision to redefine personalized wealth management. Recognized for his disciplined leadership, relentless work ethic, and commitment to excellence, Nick leads with a results-driven mindset grounded in accountability, innovation, and service, consistently delivering exceptional value to clients and his team.

After beginning his career with Lincoln Financial Securities, Nick transitioned the Company to LPL Financial in 2020 and accelerated YTS’s growth through client-first strategies and operational innovation. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded from $85 million to more than $1.7 billion in assets under management, establishing YTS as one of the fastest growing and most respected wealth management organizations in the Country.

Nick has been recognized as a Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisor, Pittsburgh Smart Business 50 honoree, and Johnstown Magazine 35 Under 35 recipient. YTS has been named a Pittsburgh Business Times Fast 50 company, one of the Best Places to Work in Western Pennsylvania, and a Top 20 Wealth Management Service Provider by Financial Services Review Magazine.

A Johnstown, Pennsylvania native, Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from Lock Haven University, where he also played football. He later served as an Infantry Officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, concluding his service as a Captain and Company Commander in the 1st of the 109th Infantry Regiment. Nick is actively involved in his community, serving on the Lock Haven University Foundation board. He lives in Murrysville, PA, with his wife Regina, their sons Anthony and Arthur, and their dogs Conan and Caroline. He enjoys endurance training and recently completed an Ironman 70.3 race.
