Steve McGaughey
Steve McGaughey is a seasoned finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, strategic planning, forecasting, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has partnered with executive teams to drive business growth, improve financial performance, lead complex financial initiatives, and build high-performing teams. Prior to joining YTS, Steve held leadership roles with Michael Baker International, Nutrimost, Education Management Corporation, and Eaton Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Duquesne University and holds both CPA and CMA credentials. Steve resides in Beaver, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Shay, and enjoys golfing, racquetball, and traveling in his free time.
