These Terms of Service apply to the YTS Wealth Management website, the YTS online learning portal hosted through Absorb Software, educational materials, contact forms, and other digital services that link to these Terms.
By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the YTS Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. About YTS Wealth Management
YTS Wealth Management is operated by Your Total Solution Wealth Management, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. In these Terms, “YTS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Your Total Solution Wealth Management, LLC and its authorized personnel.
Securities and advisory services are offered through LPL Financial LLC, a registered investment advisor, Member FINRA/SIPC. YTS financial professionals may conduct securities or advisory business only in jurisdictions where they are properly registered or licensed. Website availability does not mean a YTS financial professional is authorized to provide services in every jurisdiction.
3. Educational and General Information
The website, learning portal, courses, articles, videos, calculators, and other materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes.
They are not individualized investment, tax, accounting, insurance, or legal advice and should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, insurance product, or other investment. Consult qualified professionals who understand your circumstances before making decisions.
4. No Offer or Client Relationship
Nothing on the website or learning portal is an offer to sell, a solicitation to purchase, or a recommendation concerning a security, investment product, or financial strategy.

YTS does not control and is not responsible for third party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.
Access to LPL services may be governed by separate LPL agreements, disclosures, privacy notices, and terms of use.
11. Accuracy and Availability
YTS makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information. Information may become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. YTS may change, remove, restrict, or discontinue content or services at any time and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, learning portal, and related content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
YTS does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, virus free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTS and its owners, personnel, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, learning portal, or content.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of your account.

YTS’s collection and use of personal information are described in the YTS Privacy Policy.
Information provided directly to LPL Financial or through an LPL service is subject to the applicable LPL privacy notices, account agreements, and terms.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles concerning conflicts of law.
Unless another written agreement or applicable law requires a different forum, any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought in the state courts located in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, or, when federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court having jurisdiction over Westmoreland County. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
18. Changes to These Terms
YTS may update these Terms when its services, practices, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
