Chuck was raised in Rochester, PA, and is a graduate of Rochester Area High School. He spent his collegiate years at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Chuck has 40 years of experience in the financial services arena and has attained several advanced industry designations including Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).
Chuck has always had a passion for sports. He was a PIAA sport official for a number of years. In his spare time, he enjoys playing pickleball, tennis and going to the gym. Chuck currently lives in Monaca with his wife, Gloria. They have welcomed five grandchildren into the family and enjoy spectating their activities together.
