The Insurance Administrator will support the growth and retention of the agency’s business while providing high-quality service. This full-time, long-term role and includes structured training and a transition period.
The role focuses on timely service, accurate processing, and consistent communication with clients and carriers across all lines, with occasional involvement in new sales. Competitive salaried role with bonus and commission potential based on performance.
