  • We are seeking a results-driven Director of Digital Growth to lead and scale our digital marketing strategy with a focus on attracting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role is responsible for developing sophisticated, data-driven acquisition strategies that reflect the professionalism, discretion, and credibility expected in a wealth management environment.

    The ideal candidate combines deep performance marketing expertise with strong analytical discipline and executive-level communication skills.

  • Hours: Full-Time: 8:30am-4:30pm

  • Job Type: Remote/Hybrid role

  • Salary: $90,000-$100,000 / year

  • Key Responsibilities

    Lead Generation & Growth Strategy

    • Develop and execute a digital acquisition strategy focused on attracting qualified high-net-worth prospects
    • Drive measurable growth in qualified leads for both client acquisition and advisor recruiting initiatives
    • Establish growth targets and build scalable, performance-driven campaigns

     
    Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

    • Own digital analytics strategy, including tracking architecture, attribution modeling, and reporting dashboards
    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize toward cost per qualified lead and long-term client value
    • Provide executive-level reporting with actionable insights

     
    Campaign & Budget Management

    • Manage digital marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and sustainable growth
    • Oversee cross-channel planning across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and email
    • Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and funnel performance

     
    Content & Email Marketing Oversight

    • Collaborate with internal leadership to translate thought leadership into high-performing campaigns
    • Coordinate content creation for digital funnels, landing pages, and paid campaigns
    • Oversee email marketing strategy, segmentation, automation, and performance optimization

     

  • Qualifications

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry
    • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) with demonstrated success managing high-value lead funnels
    • Strong experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for performance and lead quality
    • Advanced analytics capabilities, including conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and KPI development
    • Experience implementing tracking systems (GA4, Tag Manager, CRM integrations) to measure full-funnel performance
    • Strong understanding of compliance considerations within financial services marketing
    • Proven leadership ability with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Experience targeting affluent, accredited, or high-net-worth audiences preferred
  • Work Environment

    • Remote/Hybrid role
    • This role may require periodic travel to YTS Wealth Management branch locations in Pennsylvania and Virginia, depending on the candidate’s location.

  • Physical Requirements

    • 30–40 hours/week sitting
    • 5–10 hours/week standing/bending
    • Occasional lifting (5–30 lbs)
    • Ability to travel occasionally to branch locations (if required)
  • Compensation

    • Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
