Lead Generation & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute a digital acquisition strategy focused on attracting qualified high-net-worth prospects
- Drive measurable growth in qualified leads for both client acquisition and advisor recruiting initiatives
- Establish growth targets and build scalable, performance-driven campaigns
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Own digital analytics strategy, including tracking architecture, attribution modeling, and reporting dashboards
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize toward cost per qualified lead and long-term client value
- Provide executive-level reporting with actionable insights
Campaign & Budget Management
- Manage digital marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and sustainable growth
- Oversee cross-channel planning across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and email
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and funnel performance
Content & Email Marketing Oversight
- Collaborate with internal leadership to translate thought leadership into high-performing campaigns
- Coordinate content creation for digital funnels, landing pages, and paid campaigns
- Oversee email marketing strategy, segmentation, automation, and performance optimization
