Shannon Laubach
Originally from Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, Shannon relocated to the Pittsburgh area in 2023 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She brings a diverse professional background spanning banking, insurance, customer service, and operations. Shannon began her career in community banking, where she spent three years as both a Teller and Customer Service Representative before expanding her leadership experience in the hospitality industry as an Assistant Manager. After moving to Pittsburgh, she worked as an Insurance Agent for two years and most recently served as an Assistant Branch Manager with PNC Bank.
Throughout her career, Shannon has developed a passion for building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional service. Her experience across multiple industries has strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and provide personalized support, making her a valuable resource for both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys staying active through yoga, spending time outdoors, and exploring new restaurants. She also loves traveling, whether throughout the United States or abroad, and values spending quality time with her significant other, family, friends, and pets.
