Jay Rhoads, Jr., APMA®

Jay Rhoads, a native of South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, has cultivated a diverse skill set through a blend of academic pursuits and military service. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Lock Haven University and an Associate's degree in Automotive Restoration from The Pennsylvania College of Technology.

During a deployment in Kuwait in2013, Jay attended a financial literacy class that sparked his passion for financial empowerment. This led him to pursue a career in financial advising upon his return, earning licenses such as Series 7 and Series 66.

Currently serving as a Sergeant First Class in Bravo Company in Williamsport, PA, Jay brings a deep sense of discipline and leadership to his roles in the military and at YTS, where he collaborates closely with Nick Subich, the President & CEO.

Beyond his professional life, Jay is actively involved in his community, volunteering on boards such as Susquehannock AACA and the South Williamsport Little League. Family-oriented, Jay resides in Avis, Pennsylvania, with his fiancée and their children.

Outside of work and community engagements, Jay finds solace in outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, hunting, and camping.
