Client Service Associate - ARLINGTON, VA

Job Summary: 

As a Client Service Associate within the Administration Department, you are an advocate for advisors and the administration team. This includes assisting advisors with any meeting preparation, scheduling client meetings, speaking directly with clients to solve any issues, and assisting the advisors with adherence to compliance standards set forth by LPL.

​​Role and Responsibilities​:

  • Manage document handling through scanning, emailing, faxing, and e-filing.
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts and associated processes.
  • Process and address account service requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Answer client phone calls and provide professional support as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Wealthbox CRM, and Monday.com for daily tasks and project management.
  • Travel periodically to new office locations to support development initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new Financial Advisors during M&A projects.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Relevant Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Working with data entry, numbers, sensitive and confidential information
  • Having relevant office experience
  • Directly working in the financial services industry
  • Experience working with our Broker Dealer, LPL Financial
  • Education in finance, having financial certifications, and/or securities licenses

Qualifications and Education Requirements​:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

  • Securities Industry Essentials (Preferred)
  • Series 7 (Preferred)
  • Series 6 (Preferred)
  • Series 63 (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Daylight shift
  • Candidates should be open to some evening and weekend hours for networking opportunities, client appreciation events, and to support team initiatives.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
