YTS Wealth Management is currently seeking a Marketing Content Creator Intern for our growing company in Arlington, VA.

From creating day to day content, to managing all social media to spending creating ideas for new footage — this job is a unique opportunity to jump in the creative & finance industry.
This position will work with the Vice President of Operations.
Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Develop and maintain a social media calendar.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual and written content for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and social media posts. This includes graphics, videos, blog posts, and other multimedia content.
Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive traffic to online platforms. Collaborate with other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Customer Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive relationship with customers through social media interactions. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Encourage user-generated content.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Uphold brand identity and values in all communication materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with the retail team and Managment to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Collaborate with influencers or partners for promotional activities.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of current marketing trends and social media algorithms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have or seeking on a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube.
• Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with a passion for photography and an ability to create visually appealing content.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
