We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Director of Human Resources and Accounts Payable Manager. This leadership role will be responsible for managing both aspects of human resource management within our organization, as well as accounts payable tasks, ensuring smooth operations within these critical areas of our organization.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resource management.
• Provide leadership and direction to the accounts payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Handle accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes as needed.
• Monitor accounts payable processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of human resources and accounts payable processes.
• Provide leadership and support to the human resources and accounts payable teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in human resources management, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of human resource principles and practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience in accounts payable or finance
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $90,000-$110,000 per year
